Your safety is our priority. That means tackling anti-social behaviour, improving security information and working closely with neighbouring BIDs, the Metropolitan Police and Westminster City Council to share intelligence and take action on problems.

  • Providing a dedicated uniformed Street Team in the area to discourage anti-social behaviour and assist and reassure businesses, communities and visitors.
  • Operating the Marble Arch Business Security Zone with Counter Terrorism officers and offering free training to office-based businesses.
  • Championing causes and lobbying for action through Police and City Council advisory groups. See the 2018 events here and register your interest.
  • Delivering bespoke training for frontline staff covering security, managing aggressive behaviour and identifying and dealing with fraud, for businesses in retail and hospitality.

 

The Street Team work Monday to Saturday at the following times during the winter (October to April): Monday to Thursday 8am to 8pm; Friday 8am to 9pm; Saturday 8am to 10pm. In the summer (May to September) the team will be on duty from 8am right through to midnight, Monday to Saturday.
