Project Argus: Counter Terrorism Workshop

Join us for a free Interactive Counter Terrorism Workshop – Project Argus – to provide organisations with practical solutions in case of emergencies. Following the success of the recent Project Griffin seminar in May and the Employee Document Awareness training in July, Marble Arch BID has committed to providing its members with a safety and counter terrorism series.

Led by the government’s National Counter Terrorism Security Office, Project Argus is a three-hour multimedia workshop, in which questions and dilemmas are posed and people work in groups to devise practical responses on preventing, handling and recovering from an attack.

Targeted at managers in facilities, security and reception, Project Argus also welcomes staff responsible for making, maintaining and executing contingency plans. It is often suggested that more than one person attends from each organisation, as in the event of a major incident, anyone within an organisation could be in a position where they need to exercise a response plan.

Project Argus can help organisations in any number of sectors, including office, retail, hospitality, education, health and the night-time economy.

The workshop will be held on the morning of Friday 22 September at the Victory Services Club on Seymour Street, W2.

To register please email Ruth Sherski in the BID team.
