This full-day course will introduce the principles and practices behind an efficient business continuity plan and explores the role such plans play in increasing resilience to provide uninterruptible services. Attendees will also discover the measures that are required to restore business after an unexpected disruption.

The course uses presentations and interactive activities to help you write, implement and validate a business continuity plan for your organisation. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive an internationally recognised BSI certificate.
