Consultation: Paddington Green Police Station

Berkeley Homes has launched a consultation on revised plans for Paddington Green Police Station. The redevelopment of Paddington Green Police Station was originally submitted to Westminster City Council in March 2021 and was recommended for approval by Westminster’s Planning Officers, but the proposals were refused.

Following feedback received Berkeley have worked to address the reasons for refusal and are intending to resubmit improved proposals to the Greater London Authority (GLA). As part of this process, they are now re-consulting with the local community on the revised proposals.

A consultation website provides full details of the changes to the scheme, including better quality residential and increased green space for the community.

A public exhibition will be held on Tuesday 1 November from 3pm to 7pm at 285a Edgware Road.

An online survey where you can have your say will remain open until Friday 7 November 2022.
