We are seeking a Marketing and PR Manager to join the Marble Arch BID Team.
The role contributes to the BID’s aims of improving and enhancing, promoting and celebrating Marble Arch by managing a programme of activities that raises the profile of the BID area and fully engages members.
The postholder is responsible for the strategic oversight of the organisation’s public relations, brand and communications strategy and its execution. This includes regular face-to-face contact with BID members (in both group and one-to-one settings), partners and key stakeholders such as Westminster City Council, Transport for London (TfL), the Greater London Authority and the Mayor of London’s office, The Royal Parks, English Heritage, neighbouring BIDs and the Metropolitan Police.
This role involves both business to business and business to consumer functions, and we are seeking candidates with experience of both. From engaging in national campaigns to delivering local events, this post lies at the centre of a small team and is integral to the success of the BID.
You will be employed by The Marble Arch Partnership Ltd. and based at our offices, currently 7 Praed Street, London W2. This is a full-time position, of 35 hours per week, with occasional evening and weekend working, for which time off in lieu will be given.
The package includes a salary of up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, 25 days holiday plus paid public holidays, contributory pension and employee assistance package.
This is a permanent position. Appointment will be subject to satisfactory references and a probationary period of three months.
