Marble Arch BID is seeking to appoint a new Community Executive to support the development of the BID’s active programme of corporate volunteering, community engagement and events. This is a new position, reflecting the growth and success of the programme under Jessica’s stewardship.
Day to day you will have the chance to work at every level – from attending strategy meetings with CSR leads for multinational businesses, to being on the ground at volunteer events delivering memorable experiences for our volunteers.
If you are passionate about CSR, ESG or community, and well organised, the Community Executive role could be for you. You will work with a range of charity partners, including local schools and nurseries, older people’s projects and centres, homeless agencies, initiatives tackling food poverty, community centres and facilities – matching volunteers from our member companies, orgaising and delivering both skilled volunteering and team challenges.
Take part in national campaigns, like Earth Day and Silver Sunday, helping our members to combine resources and efforts to form part of a wider national impact.
This post will also provide a regular support function for The Paddington Partnership’s Community Programme, at a rate of approximately two days per week.
