There could be a new theatre coming to Marble Arch. Annerin Entertainment have presented an exciting new proposal for the creation of a temporary theatre and unique immersive experience that could see a new show come to the area. The show would combine the musical theatre production of the Broadway / West End hit ‘Let It Be’, as well as including a new dimension ‘The Reunion That Never Was’. The production will perfectly coincide with the 50th anniversary of the iconic Abbey Road album. The theatre will be adjacent to Marble Arch from late Spring 2020.
Annerin Entertainment held a public consultation event on Tuesday 3 September at London Marriott Hotel Park Lane in advance of the submission of their planning application to the City of Westminster for a 650-seat temporary theatre with toilets, ticket office with cloakroom and merchandise stand, themed bar with dining, green room and store.
The consultation event allowed members of the public, residents, businesses and stakeholders to review the proposals and speak directly to Annerin Entertainment staff and other specialists engaged in the project.

The theatre is proposed to launch in Spring 2020 running until early 2021 with showings Monday to Sunday from 11:00am to 11:00pm with two performances daily including Monday to Saturday at 2:00pm and 7:30pm and Sunday at 12:30pm and 6:00pm.
Let It Be & The Beatles Reunion That Never Was would be presented by Annerin Entertainment ,a partner of the Annerin Theatricals Group and originators of the ‘Let It Be’ brand which has presented around the world and been enjoyed by more than 2 million theatre goers from Broadway to the West End, together with other blockbuster productions including 20th Century Boy, JukeBox Hero and the current US wide tour of We Will Rock You. The production also introduces The Reunion That Never Was, set a decade after the Beatles went their separate ways, featuring some of Lennon, McCartney and Harrison’s best-loved solo material. A rare glimpse of how the Fab Four could have Come Together once again. This brand new show will premiere in London at Marble Arch.
Long-established specialist structure provider The Structure Group , responsible for various temporary structures like Hampden Park for the 2014 Commonwealth and numerous game and event spaces for 2012 London Olympics, would partner with Annerin in the proposals. Both agencies are committed to engaging with local businesses, residents and community organisations through Marble Arch London BID.
