As a result of business requests, we are hosting a new Managing Conflict and Building Resilience course. This training is for staff who sometimes have to deal with difficult customers and occasional visitors that present challenges. For instance, customers that behave aggressively or present language barriers.
The course will address how to deal with the challenging behaviour and develop resilience within individuals and teams. You will learn in an interactive and engaging way with real-life scenarios incorporated into the practical sessions.
This is a whole day course from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm. This is free for BID members to attend. Please contact us if you are unsure if you are a member of the BID.
The course will take place on Thursday 8 November 2018 at Etc Venues, Garfield house, 86 Edgware Road, London W2 2EA.
