Westminster Council has commissioned a study to explore the growth of micro logistic hubs in the city, and would like to hear the views of businesses in the Marble Arch and Edgware Road area.

Micro logistics hubs are relatively small facilities where deliveries or bulk goods are unloaded before being taken onto their final destination – in the last mile – by low emission vehicles like electric vans, cargo or e-cargo bikes.

Businesses are invited to complete a short 5-minute survey and share their experiences of deliveries, servicing and logistics challenges.

This is an opportunity to:

  • Influence recommendations for Westminster City Council
  • Share the delivery challenges affecting your business and any barriers to using low emission delivery vehicles
  • Help shape practical, business-led solutions to securing more micro logistics hubs
  • Support a more efficient and sustainable district

Your feedback will help ensure future recommendations reflect the needs of businesses operating in Westminster.

The survey closes on 13 September 2026.
