Moments That Matter Nominations

Updated 11 May 2025: Nominations are now closed.

Marble Arch BID is launching Moments That Matter, the first-ever employee volunteering awards, recognising the people shaping our community through action.

Moments That Matter celebrates the individuals and partnerships making a meaningful contribution across Marble Arch. As our inaugural awards, this is an opportunity to set the benchmark for how employee volunteering is recognised across the district, from one-off initiatives to long-term commitment.

Since launching our Community Programme, the BID has connected members with 40+ local causes and supported 5,000+ volunteering hours. Moments That Matter recognises that no volunteering contribution is too small or too big. We believe every act of volunteering helps build stronger, more connected communities.

Nominations are open until Sunday 10 May 2026. This is your opportunity to recognise a colleague whose dedication to giving back deserves to be celebrated.

Finalists will be invited to an awards ceremony on Wednesday 3 June 2026 celebrating the amazing individuals who volunteer. The awards are more than recognition, it is a chance to bring together charities, schools and businesses to demonstrate what can be achieved through collaboration.

The awards ceremony promises to be a true celebration of community with a range of charity partners involved at all stages, including participating in an independent panel to select the winners, as well as handing out the awards on the night.
