To help provide extra support for our business members during the busy Winter Wonderland period, this year we have introduced a dedicated Sunday Street Team service while Winter Wonderland is open.
Starting on Sunday 16 November and running through to Sunday 28 December 2025, the Street Team will be out on the streets from 3pm to 11pm, conducting business visits and patrolling key areas to ensure safety, address concerns, and offer assistance to local businesses.
Our members have raised concerns about increasing crime and ASB, and we have listened.
The team is there to help with security advice, report any issues, and act as an additional point of contact for our business community during one of the busiest times of the year.

Please note:
- If a crime is in progress or there is an emergency, always call 999.
- You can report environmental issues such as dumped rubbish or loud noise to Westminster Council here.
- For Edgware Road, Old Marylebone Road and the roads around Marble Arch and Park Lane, problems with the highway and street lighting should be reported to Transport for London on 0343 222 1234 (choose option 5).
