Osborne has been awarded the contract for the Regent House contract on George Street along Edgware Road. Regent House will bring an impressive and welcoming mixed-use scheme comprising of 43,000 sq ft of grade A office accommodation over six floors, four ground/lower ground retail units and 24 private residential apartments.

Construction works will begin Spring 2019. The Regent House development is part of an ongoing and long-term regeneration and vision for Edgware Road led by landlords, The Portman Estate. Other major development schemes in the immediate area include Marble Arch Place, a landmark development providing even more retail, leisure, office and residential offers to the area. Scheduled for completion in 2020, Almacantar is leading on property development and Multiplex is overseeing construction.
