Osborne has been awarded the contract for the Regent House contract on George Street along Edgware Road. Regent House will bring an impressive and welcoming mixed-use scheme comprising of 43,000 sq ft of grade A office accommodation over six floors, four ground/lower ground retail units and 24 private residential apartments.

Construction works will begin Spring 2019. Native Land, an internationally recognised property development company specialising in high quality residential and mixed use developments, is managing the project.

The Regent House development is part of an ongoing and long-term regeneration and vision for Edgware Road led by landlords, The Portman Estate. Other major development schemes in the immediate area include Marble Arch Place, a landmark development providing even more retail, leisure, office and residential offers to the area. Scheduled for completion in 2020, Almacantar is leading on property development and Multiplex is overseeing construction.
