FRAMELESS, the immersive art experience, welcomed a group of local creative industries students to explore the gallery and gain insight into careers within the sector on 6 May 2026.
For students from City of Westminster College, which has a campus at Paddington Green, the visit offered a valuable opportunity to connect their studies with real-world industry experience. Through behind-the-scenes career insights and exposure to one of London’s leading multi award-winning immersive attractions, students were both inspired creatively and given a deeper understanding of the opportunities and realities of working in the sector.

A student experiences FRAMELESS for the first time
The group of 10 students, who are studying subjects including media, technology and business, were invited to experience FRAMELESS’ four immersive galleries, followed by a unique opportunity to have an exclusive careers discussion with the gallery’s General Manager Janie Dawson.
Each gallery sparked the imagination of students.

Alongside sharing her own career journey, Janie also asked her team to provide valuable insights to share with the students, who will shortly be embarking on their own career pathways in the industry.
Top tips included the importance of being open to feedback, staying adaptable, embracing new trends and continuing to develop new skills throughout your career.
The session wrapped up with an open Q&A where students were able to ask candid questions about starting out in the world of work, exploring what values employers look for when recruiting staff, opportunities for learning and progression within roles, and the realities of working in the creative sector.
