West End Air Summit, 28 June

We’ve joined forces with neighbouring Business Improvement Districts New West End Company and Baker Street Quarter Partnership to host a West End Air Summit on Wednesday 28 June. This is the first time businesses and organisations from across the West End will come together to collaborate on air quality.

The breakfast event will also see the launch of the West End Buyers’ Club, a shared supplier scheme pioneered by New West End Company which is reducing freight vehicle traffic in central London. Businesses in the West End want to improve air quality and reduce emissions, and we have the online tools available to make this simpler. This is your opportunity to hear from early adopter organisations, about the cost savings their businesses are making, and creative ideas delivering a cleaner and healthier air for your customers and staff.

Speakers include Shirley Rodrigues, Deputy Mayor for Enviornment and Energy, together with Councillor Robert Davis MBE DL, Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Business, Culture and Heritage at Westminster City Council.

The event will be held at Double Tree by Hilton at Marble Arch, 4 Bryanston Street, W1H 7BY, from 8am to 11am, with presentations from 8.30am to 9.30am.

We are expecting delegates from all three BIDs to attend the West End Air Summit. Whether your business is office-based, or you run a restaurant, shop, school, hotel or conference facility, air quality will be important to you, your customers, guests, pupils and staff. Please invite your colleagues in operations, facilities management, purchasing or logistics.
