This short and accessible online course provides an introduction to neurodiversity in the workplace, helping learners build greater understanding, awareness and inclusion.

The course explores common neurodivergent characteristics, misconceptions and communication barriers, while highlighting practical ways to create more inclusive environments where everyone can thrive. Designed to be flexible and easy to access across multiple devices, it offers a time-efficient way to support inclusive workplace practices.

The course is delivered entirely online and can be completed in approximately 20 minutes.
