Introduction to Self-Defence

Our Introduction to Self-Defence class is designed to equip BID members attending with self-defence knowledge and skills, plus the confidence to allow them to be better prepared for challenging situations.

Self-defence is about enhancing awareness to help prevent danger before it arises and knowing how to defend yourself within the confines of law, not just about mastering physical techniques.

This course runs for 2.5 hours and is suitable for all BID members, irrespective of gender, age, or fitness level and will be a combination of theory and basic practical skills run by a Level 3 qualified self defence instructor.
