World Day Against Trafficking in Persons

Marble Arch BID and London Marriott Hotel Marble Arch are hosting an event to mark the UN World Day Against Trafficking in Persons.

The campaign for World Day Against Trafficking in Persons aims to raise awareness of disturbing developments and trends identified by UNODC and calls on governments, law enforcement, public services, and civil society to assess and enhance their efforts to strengthen prevention, identify and support victims, and end impunity.

This event will raise awareness of the experiences and action taken to prevent and protect vulnerable people who are at risk of trafficking.

Specialists in the field within the Met Police will deliver tailored presentations. There will also be a Q&A panel and further information and training that is available to hotels and their staff.
